Monday, February 25, 2019 - Liking this best a few hours after opening. Fresh, tasty, with a mix of usual suspects - lime, peach, spearmint, jasmine, wet stone, light petrol. Adequate acidity to balance the moderate sweetness and keep the wine fresh and lifted, although more would not be a bad thing. Not huge on intensity or depth - this would be easy to identify as a kabinett - but enjoyable just how it is.
