Wednesday, July 25, 2018 - Herbs and flowers on the nose. Pepper, fruit and herbs on the palate. Medium body, refined. Medium-plus acid, slightly tart. Bit of something that reminds me of diesel for some reason, but I wouldn’t let that scare you away. Feels traditional and on the savoury side. Tannins are soft and smooth.
