Saturday, June 24, 2023 - Red fruit, strawberry, leather, tobacco leaf. Black tea. Tart fruit acid, sour cherry. Medium bodied, tannins fully resolved, tealike powdery texture to the tannins. Jewel like fruit sweetness in the finish. Excellent. 34 year old Chianti Rufina is very much alive.
