Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - Mossy soil with a hint of tar on nose; subtle and thin, with ink and tart berry; finishes with a lovely tartness. Paired with steak and mushrooms added a nice berry and teriyaki current. Slightly disappointing but still good.

S: tar and 1 spider basement becomes dry quickly. Complex tannins and not as fruity as anticipated.
