Sunday, June 9, 2019 - Fantastic nose of black currents, blackberry, new, charred oak, fresh mint and herbs from the garden. Quite full-bodied and rich as well as dense. This has a precision to the flavors and minerality. Perfectly mature, but with a long life ahead of it, this is truly fantastic! So fresh for being so big. Black olive, currant and berry on the palate. Bright acidity as well as moderate tannins make a perfect foil for Ribeye. Drink now-2025 93
