Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Clear white color with greenish twist. The nose is delightful - almost like breathing in a fresh breeze of air on a hot summer evening. The nose reveals pretty notes of gooseberries and fresh zingy lime zest. Smelling this wine reminds me of the gorgeous sense you get, when you smell fresh dusty pollen from elderflowers in the spring/early summertime. The taste is refreshing but with medium+ acidity. There is clearly some stony and mineral driven notes to the palate as well. Not bad.
