Wednesday, April 4, 2018 - Tasted at the winery. Fragrant nose of lemon peel, cassis, white flowers, and underripe white peach. Nice balance of minerality and citrus notes on the palate, with a bright acidic backbone. Has more finesse than the Piesporter trocken.
