Saturday, January 6, 2024 - Wow, what a huge bottle of juice. Immediately recognizable as a Syrah with some olive and meaty umami flavors. Huge finish that coats the mouth. Fruit profile for me was more into darker plums. I had it without food and would have been amazing with something rich. Decanted for an hour only and it improved over the next 2 hours.
