Saturday, March 21, 2020 - Typical well balanced, fruit forward Terry Hoage GSM. Decanted and put the top on for drinking on day 2. Fresh and fruity bouquet with a hint of vanilla and herb on the nose. Lots of red fruit on the palate with some boysenberry and a a hint of menthol on the finish. Paired well with a fire roasted tri tip.
