Friday, May 12, 2017 - I like this a lot! Lots of delicate aromas. Constantly changing/evolving... Blackberry, plum, vanilla, sage, tabacco, fennel, blueberries etc etc... On the palate was more savoury than fruity. High, but very smooth tannin matched with nice firm acidity and medium bodied. Great with or without food. Yum.
