If there was ever a wine that tasted like sunshine, this is it!!
Really nice wine - stony, minerally, wet stone, old world wine with new world charm, more fruit forward, peach, pear, white and tropical fruit on nose and palate, some citrus, nice mouth feel. Very crisp and pure on the nose & follows through to palate. Can tell it was in stainless stell & no oak. Great acidity & back bone. Never had a pinot grigio that was so well structured, deep and delicious, hard to justify a $20 pinot grigio, but if i didn't know it was a pinot grigio i wouldn't have thought it was a pinot grigio! It's a true wine afficionado's pinot grigio. Not your typical pinot grigio...
