The taste defies the chronological age. Very lively aromas of yeast, pear, red raspberry, flowers, and citrus with a superb release of tingly bubbles in the mouth. Utterly refreshing and palette cleansing. Zero signs of oxidation. Repeatedly the best wine with food after food on the table, tasted side by side with white Burgundies, Nebbiolos, and Pinot Noirs.
