Tuesday, January 8, 2013 - I don't have a taste for sparkling wine like I do for still ones, but this is still in great shape and probably could still age a bit more... we all agreed that it hasn't lost its verve at all. Brioche, haleznuts, etc. Pleasant and fun for New Year's Eve.
