Friday, November 30, 2007 - Poured at a retailer tasting. 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. Good color and a fine mousse, with notes of cashews and dough, with an apple aroma. Slightly reductive note. Nice nutty, doughy fruit on the palate, with good weight and texture, and fine length to the finish, where this picks up a citrus quality.
