Wednesday, November 9, 2022 - Additional 2 years of bottle time has really made a difference. Loads, I mean loads of cherry on the nose that transfers very nicely to the front and back end of the tasting experience. Very good example and reminder to myself to be patient and allow enough time in the bottle to do its thing. Hitting its stride/drinking window for sure.
