Sunday, July 11, 2021 - Showing quite well in its fifth year. Crushed red fruits, velvety florals, and signature granite minerality. A bit of sediment, though not obtrusive. I can see this lasting some time longer, though I don't see it improving in that time. My advice is to drink up.
