Wednesday, December 29, 2021 - JAKE112380 & CELESTIALMUNDANE's TNs cover it well. Round with just the right amount of texture. Though this is not the supposedly typical varietal to pair with the Slovenian dish "Jota" (stock, beans, sauerkraut, potatoes, turnips, smoked pork ribs, etc.), it paired very well on a rainy night. It's the wine's element of honeyed smokiness that really brings it to the dish.
