Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Easter Brunch 2021 (Flemings, Walnut Creek, Ca.): Almost 6 years since I opened a 1996, paired with the Flemings Steak Burger, cork broke into 3 parts on opening, lovely, rich coffee nose with black berry, and chocolate, same on the palate, big body, rich fruit, mouth filling fruit, shows age but will easily hold another 5 years, bret on nose gradually increased as the 2 hour brunch continued, this was an incentive to finish the bottle and we did just that, long, flavorful finish.
