Saturday, December 4, 2021 - Popped and poured. Dark ruby color. A little tight on first opening but after about an hour or so it showed some beautiful bright red cherry and almost amarena cherry flavors. Hint of dried salumi coming through as well with some floral notes. Really nice. Similar flavors on the palate with a mix of juicy red fruit and meat with medium+ acid and tannins. Drank better with food than on its own but certainly enjoyable now with some air.
