Saturday, August 29, 2015 - Sweet rip cherry nose with hints of chocolate, oak and forest floor. 1st impression is perfect balance. Coats the entire tongue in smoothness and ends with a round, mineral and cherry finish that goes on and on. That finish also carries pleasant but minor barn-yard notes that compliment it well. Every sip was smooth, elegant and long, changing very little. Will age a bit more since it is so balanced but perfect right now. Its 19 years old and very impressive.
