Thursday, October 9, 2008 - From a set-aside 250ml. Dark red, violet rim. Cedar, black pepper, plum, very fragrant, complex aromas. Medium weight. Smooth texture (but suggest decanting). 15 sec. finish. So surprising, this is aussie shiraz that you can actually have with a meal. Gets better every time I try it. Excellent to outstanding.
