Friday, February 18, 2022 - Really beautiful nose with strawberry and cherry preserves, bit of mint, some white pepper, and rose. Much less fruit forward than the last bottle, but, the tannins and fruit are still in balance. Modest finish — but, a nicely developed wine. Doubt it will get better, I don’t think anyone will regret holding it this long. I liked it a little more when it was packed with fruit a couple of years ago…
