Saturday, January 16, 2021 - saw some other notes and they rang true to me... this seemed very flat / flabby with a lack of acidity... funny enough the other bottle we opened was about as acidic as I have ever had so I did -- believe or not, as an experiment -- blend it and it kinda worked... this is not a rebuy
