Saturday, January 25, 2020 - It’s an elegant classic Chardonnay with good balance between clear mineralogy and refined acidity one expects in this type of wine. I don’t usually seek out this wine but I’m glad I followed the sommelier’s dish pairing recommendation on the menu and paired it with risotto.
