Friday, January 3, 2020 - Have Ashton hill estate Pinot for many occasions. It is always one of my favourite Aussie Pinot because of good QPR, just hk$260.
Dark fruited and herbal (on the good side) on the nose, med body, round, good depth of flavour and acidity on pallet.
Overall, it is not an elegant type of Pinot but I just felt warm and satisfied every time when I am drinking it. :)
