Saturday, April 24, 2021 - This is still holding on after all this time. I gave it a 2 hour decant. Some cedar, cassis, it really softened up as the night went on. Obviously mature. Refined. Decent amount of sediment in the bottle. Perhaps too soft to have with food at this age, anything too spicy or rich would overwhelm this. Drinking window still open but why hold longer?
