While the follow on Forlorn sparklings are great in their own sense this one hits those classic rosé champagne marks, lightly toasted brioche with strawberries & raspberries, a bit of an oxidative characteristic but that could be from a weak cork - not a flaw but rather shows some accelerated aging. We drank too many of these young and regret not having not more, will hang on another 5 years easily, well done Matthew.
