Saturday, November 22, 2008 - Light purple/ ruby red around the edges. Cherry, chocolate, with a little bit of vanilla on the nose. Initially a bit tannic with some alcohol showing through. However after being opened half an hour it started to balance out. A nice feel, but surprisingly short finish and a bit tart on the end. Not ready yet.
