Friday, June 25, 2021 - Not quite as good as the last bottle. Not sure if its bottle variation or starting to decine. A beautifully aged Cabernet. Not decanted. Beautiful nose with blackberry, cherry, anise, leather, earth, mocha, herbs and a touch of cedar. Lots of flavor with black cherry, blackberry, mocha, leather, herbs, cassis and a touch of cedar. Wonderful balance with good acidity. Long silky smooth finish.
