Sunday, October 15, 2017 - I have been surprised, this one is real Rhone style Syrah. Full body, deep to inky purple color. Dominant black paper and earthy aroma complements by dried fruits, smoky notes and lingering spicy finish. Rich and complex, powerful, well balanced in spite the high alcohol level, nice acidity, tannic now. Food friendly, best match is beef or veal. Serve 18º - 22º. Need cellaring, I think will ready in two years.
