Tuesday, February 3, 2015 - Remarkable, bright cherry and forest floor after 50 years. Truffle notes unfolded as the bottle was drained as well. Got the cork out with the help of a Durand...almost flawless extraction. More than a little sediment (might have be best to let it settle in a decanter) and there was more than a touch of bricking, but the flavor was there. It was a honor to bring this to my parents 50th anniversary celebration.
