1/6/2022 9:46:00 PM - Drank from a 750mL bottle. Opened approximately 7 hours prior to dinner/tasting event. Upon opening, poured into decanter, rinsed bottle of sediment (there was a lot), and immediately poured back into bottle. Left open for 4 hours, then corked bottle for remaining 3. Upon reflection, could have benefitted from even more decanting time.
