Friday, November 30, 2012 - Dark cherry and bright acid on the nose. Nice fruit with cherry/ raspberry leading the way with very nice acid backbone. Tannin are rounded. Medium finish. Great with duck confit and loin of rabbit at Marsche Moderne--a fantastic restaurant in Costa Mesa CA. I will buy more of his wine.
