Sunday, February 14, 2021 - Drinking my last bottle of this for, you guessed it, Valentine's Day. 3.5h air. Deep garnet color. Aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, pepper, tobacco and forest floor. Dense and robust, with an opulent, velvety texture and core of dark fruit, supported by notes of pepper and tobacco and a lingering spicy finish and a frame of rustic chalky tannins. My last bottle, but this should have years of life left.
