Tuesday, February 2, 2021 - Aerated to water pitcher for two hours, re-corked, served four hours later, and it drank well for the 3 hours we had it open after that. No sign of age though the palate and aromas suggest this is firmly in its preferred zone. Delicate medium-body, with some white flowers, jasmine and linen notes. The palate was just a touch too warm for my liking, but it proved a solid partner to a variety of appetizers thanks to its purity and fresh acidity. I have two more, and after this experience, I think I'll open them within the coming two-three years. 12,5% abv., held since release. recommended
