Sunday, March 28, 2021 - Very good. PnP enjoyed over 2 nights, both showed equally well if for slightly different prominent features. Served double-blind to a good friend, Garganega was the first variety guessed, and after that, the blend was proved, as it should, too hard to pin down from there. Some linen, chamomile, white flowers, a touch of quince and even a note or two of wool. Medium>Medium+ body, with great length. This is in, for my palate preferences, its preferred window; now and the next 4-5 years depending on your cellar and tastes. Still very fresh. 12,5% abv. highly recommended
