Saturday, January 1, 2022 - Exceeded expectations. Clearly pinot noir with a reddish hue and strong berry flavor for bubbles. Crisp and refreshing with some brioche on the back end. Better than the Billecart blanc de blanc we had beside it. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of complexity on the palette.
