Thursday, October 26, 2006 - Chateau Lynch-Bages Wine Dinner with Monsieur Jean-Charles Cazes (The Petroleum Club, Sky Lobby, Dallas, Texas): Slightly better than the Circus Shiraz - a bit stemmy and green, but fruit was the primary aroma and flavor.
