Wednesday, April 13, 2011 - Really mercurial wine. Started off with soprano notes, almost off-key with the acidity being so high-toned. About an hour gave this deeper notes and a rounder (though still red fruit) profile. Metallic edges. Nice finish with pollen dust and a really well-measured dry-down. Very good stuff and on point.
