Monday, November 2, 2020 - This wine is ready to drink. The tannins are mild and the fruit is well balanced. Ii is full bodied for a Niagara Red, you can taste the cherries, blueberries, and mild smoke, there is no minerality to this blend. I will try to find more and add the other vintages to my cellar.
