Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Smooth and rounded nose - lightly perfumed and subtle red fruit. Dark garnet color, medium-heavy legs.

Good acidity but rounded edges. Red fruit, leather. Slight bitterness. 45 second finish

Soft cork - leaked after Coravin. Split on removing.
