Thursday, August 26, 2021 - Popped and poured. The nose shows white flowers, eucalyptus oil and lemon spice. Rich palate, not thick per se but definitely viscous and mouth coating with some chalky dry extract and a spicy/acidic lemon rind zing on the finish. Very good in context of the vintage.
