Tuesday, November 22, 2016 - This was drinking beautifully, a positive lesson in delayed gratification for an 11 year-old Beaujolais. Pale, floral, bright and still maintaining a nice red fruit on the palate; any brett-ish notes are faint, and only add a bit of background complexity. Just delicious, and went well with spicy pork red sauce and roasted cauliflower
