Monday, November 9, 2020 - Decanted 2 hours (longer would have been better). Tight at the start and then unwound nicely. Medium nose of tobacco, leather, currant, prunes, and blackberry. Nice well integrated tannins evident on the palate. Good mouth feel. Smooth, velvety, and lingering solid finish after it has opened up. A very good wine.
