Thursday, January 4, 2018 - Cuvée of Vitovska (hazelnuts), Malvasia (oppulent fruit), Sauvignon (red grapefruit) and Pinot Gris (structure). This is a masterpiece from Carso.

The nose opens up with a lovely and opulent exotic fruit (lychee?). Developing into red grapefruit, apricots and hazelnuts. The palate is very sophisticated and is driven by orange fruit. On 2nd day the palate is very refined. Medium (+) acidity. Great structure, drinks like a charm.

Overall: Very elegant orange wine. I love it. Very close to my perfection.
