Monday, February 12, 2018 - Wonderful blend. The colour and the nose is fantastic, deep and intriguing. The Carmenere add a smooth velvety chocolate finish and the Cabernet keeps you coming back for more with the structure and dark red fruits. Long and smooth finish this was fantastic. 12-14 months in French oak, 70% new. Blend of 50% Cab Sauvignon and 50% Carmenere
