Friday, December 22, 2017 - My wife and I tasted this at the Carriage House tasting room on 12/22/17. It had a deep, rich bouquet of smoked meat, violet, plum, blackberry, blueberry, licorice and spice aromas. The palate was rich and dense with flavors of plum, blackberry, blueberry, mocha, cocoa, licorice and spice.
