Friday, December 16, 2022 - Fifth time tasting over four years, our last bottle. Ruby-garnet, hint of brown edges. Moderately pronounced cassis aromas with slight herbal notes. Very soft and round on the palate, tasty, elegant cassis flavors. This was perfectly ready and very enjoyable but time to drink.
