Saturday, September 30, 2023 - Not as expressive as I had hoped, but still a delicious wine. Red fruit, licorice, herbs, pepper, and Sonoma dust on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with acidity and tannins in balance. So long on the finish with tastes mirroring those on the nose. On day 2, this was just as tight and not wanting to let go of it's secrets. I'd give it another 2-3 years before it hits full stride.
