Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Pale yellow in the glass. On the nose incredibly aromatic. Sweet pear and lemon grass. On the early pallet incredibly juicy notes of green apple, somewhat grassy and green. On the mid and late pallet an elegant and powerful pinot gris with a waxy concentration that is still in balance. The age of this wine has added a layer of complexity that you don't often see in white varietals.
